123 Herbals is voluntarily recalling its Vail-Bon Jie Yang Wan 30-count capsules in all lot codes and expiration dates due to capsules being tainted with dexamethasone and chlorpheniramine. This product was sold nationwide through Amazon and other online retailers. If you purchased the product, you should immediately stop use and return it. Eagle Produce Whole Cantaloupe

Reason for Recall: Potential Salmonella contamination

Eagle Produce LLC is recalling 224 cases of its Kandy whole cantaloupe sold in Texas, with lot code 846468 and UPC number code 4050, for potential Salmonella contamination. Customers who have purchased this product are urged to throw it away and see a doctor if they are experiencing any adverse symptoms. Bionpharma’s Atovaquone Oral Suspension

Reason for Recall: Contaminated with Cohnella bacteria

A single batch of Atovaquone Oral Suspension, 750mg per mL, is being recalled by Bionpharma Inc. for Cohnella contamination. It was distributed nationwide between December 21, 2023, and June 20, 2024, at multiple retailers and wholesalers. The affected batch includes lot number 2310083 and NDC 69452-252-87, with an expiration date of September 2025. Consumers should immediately stop using the product and return it to the store. Newmemo Children’s Ring Sets

Reason for Recall: The presence of unsafe lead levels and cadmium

Newmemo is recalling its children’s ring sets manufactured in China and sold exclusively on Amazon for violating federal safety standards. The ring sets include unsafe levels of lead, which can cause serious health effects in children, and the presence of cadmium, which is also toxic if ingested. Lucid Upholstered Square Tufted Platform Bed

Reason for Recall: Fall and injury hazard

LUCID is recalling its upholstered square tufted platform bed sold online and in stores at multiple retailers nationwide between September 2019 and April 2024 for between $150 and $250 due to fall and injury hazards. The beds can sag and break during use, causing at least 18 injuries. Reason for Recall: Fire/Burn Hazard

Jo-Ann stores are recalling Place & Time battery-operated desk lamps with USB cords due to a fire hazard caused by the cord overheating. The lamp was sold in three colors: green with the model number 4843351B, pink with the model number 4843351A, and cream with the model number 4843351D.
