Father and Two Children Hospitalized in Pedestrian Accident

A man and two of his children were sent to the hospital after a pedestrian accident last night, according to a San Antonio Express-News report.

According to the report, the incident occurred around 9:30 p.m. on Wednesday, June 28, 2023, when a 33-year-old man crossed the 12500 block of Northwest Military Drive with his five children. An oncoming vehicle which later told police had the green light, was unable to stop in time, striking and injuring the man and his two-year-old daughter and five-year-old son. The driver stopped to help, and police made no arrests. The family was transported to the hospital for non-life-threatening injuries and is expected to recover fully.
